Beyond The Struttopshere is a sonic collaboration between two London-based DJs channelling their considerable musical production experience and boundless love of cosmic chugging dark disco.

 

Their debut EP ‘New Frontier’ was released on Gouranga Music in late 2020, and the cosmic cowboys have been deep in the studio ever since, working on new material, with live guitar now a mainstay of their productions.  Their work has seen support from many a heavy-hitter, from Nick Warren, to Rebolledo, Andrew Weatherall & Tim Sweeney

 

Their trademark sound combines resonant chugging basslines with reverbed guitar riffs, syncopated arpeggiators, cosmic synth work, vintage vocal samples, Italo drum fills and psychedelic 303 sequences.
